Abstract
This project is a device that will enable a nonverbal & legally blind people to communicate with others. The device has four buttons, which connect to a memory location that can store a message up to five seconds. Each location is recordable and programmable. When a button is pressed, the pre-recording word (phrase) at that memory will be played thus to communicate with others. In addition, this device can also be used as a learner device. New messages can be recorded with assistance from others. Furthermore, this device uses as few components as possible to cut the cost to make it more affordable.
