Abstract
The Laser Activated Light and Musical Box (LALMB) is a project which was deliberated to offer sensory stimulation to individuals with multiple disabilities by interactive engaging participation with the environment and staff. The LALMB is a sound playing device activated by a laser beam. A laser module activates sensing signals when the beam is superimposed over a photoresistor. The LALMB physically and visually stimulates the senses. The product enables to correlate the light and sound to the physical beam. The LALMB anticipates giving its clients the interactive participation with their surrounding and staff, using a light musical box, which has attractive lights and can play
music.
