The purpose of
this project is to aid the client who is unable to talk
well. This is done by having the user record a tone to the
voice recognition chip (HM2007). Then, the user records a
message to the voice recorder chip (ISD2560). Once those two
processes are done, the user can speak the tone to the
HM2007, and a retriggerable one shot (74LS123) will trigger
the ISD2560 to play the associated recorded message.
